Ovi currently leads quality improvement at Gleneagles JPMC Hospital, Parkway Pantai Group, Brunei Darussalam. Her passion for healthcare quality led her to research as the first non-US postgraduate fellow at the Joint Commission International (JCI) Central Office, Chicago. Prior to that, she completed her postgraduate education in International Health Management, Imperial College Business School, London. During this time, she also led the Health Task Force at Indonesian Diaspora Network (IDN) UK-Ireland. Before coming to London, Ovi graduated from Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Indonesia and interned at Esnawan Antariksa Air Force Hospital. In Jakarta, she enjoyed writing as a journalist and medical interpreter. She led the editorial teams at scientific and popular health medias including the Indonesian Journal of Chest, Critical and Emergency Medicine; Media Aesculapius; beranisehat.com; and Koran Kampus FKUI.
